“We hired WAMO as the architecture firm for our Passive House project. They were great to work with from beginning to end. Our designer, Vahid, was amazing at taking our scattered ideas and putting them into a coherent, beautiful, design. He didn't want to move forward until we were happy, and throughout the project WAMO did an excellent job of balancing our aesthetic desires with our limited budget! Vahid was also great in working with us to find a contractor who could do the quality of work demanded by Passive House within our budget. He clearly explained the trade-offs we were facing between the contractors who bid on our project. He spend a tremendous amount of time in construction supervision. “Chris designed my dream retirement home for me, and I couldn't be more thrilled. I gave her a very basic sketch of what I wanted and she turned it into a home that is wonderfully aesthetic, extremely creative, and very functional. She has an innovative vision, and drops creative elements and architectural details in exactly the right places. She spent a lot of time with me at the beginning, getting to know my style and my daily routine, which ensured that my house would fit me in all the right places. She stayed involved from start to finish and was quick to alert me when any issues came up during construction. Her attention to detail and ability to meet my expectations was truly amazing. She was professional and gracious to work with. I ended up with a home that is unique, architecturally timeless, and fits in perfectly with the unique architecture of Taos, NM. “Conrad worked with us on our kitchen/home remodel over the course of a year. We went through many iterations before coming to a final decision on the project. Every step of the way Conrad was thorough, passionate, open-minded and supportive. The fact that he is based in Santa Fe, while we live in Burbank was not an issue. We started with a decent sized 1920's kitchen (with next to no counter space) that was not set up efficiently. We got endless counters and cabinets in a gorgeous, sun filled kitchen with an awesome breakfast nook. He's a master at maximizing space. He made sure the changes flowed well with the rest of the house. The house actually feels larger and we didn't add any square footage. Conrad is an artist and consummate professional. I recommend him unreservedly.”
