“When we approached David from Dublin Design Studio in 2011 he was faced with the difficult task of meeting the living requirements of our large family comprising of teenagers and young adults. With this project he did not disappoint. David made the process of a difficult planing application easy and with a given time frame of 2 years and a hope of being settled in for Christmas 2012. We were very pleased to have moved in on the 18th of December 2012. He worked very closely with the building contractor, DC Building & Energy Services to complete a project involving the demolition of an old dwelling and the design and new build of a fabulous contemporary Eco. build comprising of 5,500 sq ft living accommodation. It was a great opportunity and a very enjoyable project to work with such fabulous professionals in their fields. Sandra Salveta”

We had a substantial square footage but not the correct usage. Manfredi Anello helped us rethink our living space and how we could enjoy it to its fullest without actually adding to the footprint and incurring a costly new build.
