“My project for this firm was to update and modernize a 1950's tiny (750 sq. ft.) bungalow that I bought in anticipation of retirement and downsizing. It had not been remodeled since it was built, and, while solid, needed lots of work. I wanted a more open feel (but without moving a lot of walls, to keep costs down), a larger bathroom, and lots of built in storage. This was a complete remodel--all new everything (including plumbing and wiring), so I knew the basics alone would not be cheap.
LeMaster Architects helped me with all phases of this project, from generating ideas to a very well thought out final plan to materials selection. While they had lots of very good ideas of their own they were also completely willing to listen to mine, and incorporate them where feasible. They met all deadlines, were available whenever I had questions, and my contractor told me they were the best architects he had ever worked with.
I have been living in the house for 5 years now and I have yet to find anything I wish I had done differently. And I know this is because I had such a great contractor, and such great architects.”
