Living in Dartmoor National Park his experience of dealing with such authorities was invaluable. The design was cleverly conceived and as unobtrusive as possible whilst meeting all of our requirements and satisfying the planners. The second project, some 6 years ago involved the design and construction of a green oak frame extension. It was an ambitious project and Matt was there to give professional advice on planning and to make suggestions about how we could achieve what we wanted for this dark, akward space. In addition he provided us with creative, beautiful solutions to the problems that this rather rundown house presented. He drew up detailed plans for us and was always on hand to advise us and our builders. He ensured that planning applications were applied for and that inspections were carried out appropriately.
