“We undertook a massive extension and renovation project of a 1911 arts and crafts house. We were keen to incorporate eco-design elements and we were referred to Chris Rogers and GTA by our environmental consultant. From our first meeting to completion of the project Chris went above and beyond. Always coming up with good ideas that fitted our specifications. Always quick to suggest sensible solutions to problems as they arose. Always available and an invaluable point of contact between us and the contractors on site. He took us through design and planning permission, tendering, refining the scope of the works and finalising the contract with the main contractor, the build itself, snagging...everything! Our build was between July 2016 and April 2017 and I don't think we would have managed it without Chris on the team.
