“Ric Rutherford is the owner of his company. We hired him, along with two other firms, to give us an estimate for a kitchen and master bath remodel. Ric was professional, friendly and easy to work with.We had a great idea about what we wanted to do, but Ric had some more ideas and really helped us to realize our vision for the space. We decided to table the complete work until next year, and hired his firm to do a couple of small jobs on the bathrooms, really to see his work ethic. The jobs were done to a high standard with respect for the space. There was a small accident in which a nightstand was damaged by a falling piece of lumber, and Ric took the nightstand and had it completely repaired in a timely manner. We plan to hire Ric and his company next spring to do the kitchen and master bath, and will enthusiastically recommend his company to anyone needing a remodel.”

“I hired Arch Design, Inc. for a complete house remodel to accommodate my mother as she ages. Lora, the owner of Arch Design is the architect, designer and general contractor. She and her crew are phenomenal! The design of the remodel was creative and incorporated excellent use of storage space. The house is only 1300 sq feet, but feels much larger. The quality of the work and expertise of the contractors was far above expectations. The work was done in a timely manner and the respect of the crew for my home while I lived here was outstanding. They did an exceptional job on every aspect of the project! The quality of the workmanship is so good, it will be submitted for an award. I will be posting pictures of the project for your viewing when they become available.”

“This company has done remodeling of kitchen, bath, tile and wood flooring in our previous home. Their design work sold that house! It was beautiful! We currently have used them in the remodeling of our current home on various projects, all, which we were well pleased. The most recent work here was on our deck, where they designed a built-in BBQ and replaced exterior deck doors. We are working with them now on plans for additional deck enhancements. They provide quality work, materials, sound advice, and seem to understand our expectations as we have seen great results on each project over these past 20 years of home design projects.”

“We had Imperial Remodeling and Construction handle a major renovation to the house we purchased in 2015. First let me say that these guys were very professional. They were punctual and showed up when they said they would. They were great at communicating with us on timelines, estimates and any questions or concerns we had. Plus, they returned our calls and emails! Raymond's demeanor and attitude were always calm and reassuring which is invaluable when dealing with the chaos of a move and a renovation. Imperial Remodeling and Construction was able to handle all aspects of our renovation. Again, it was so nice to have one point of contact for all the moving parts involved in a renovation. The few things that we found after living in the renovation that needed adjustments were quickly fixed. You can tell that they really care about the work they do and that they pride themselves in finding solutions to any issue. Now, whenever we have a house project, we give Raymond and his team a call first. “We have done 7 major renovations on houses in various places in the US. Dan Kuhn is absolutely tops. His attention to detail and careful planning ensures the project goes smoothly once started. The planning stage takes longer than that of others but the end results show the planning. He is cost effective. And, he works through the unforeseen problems that inevitably occur very efficiently. His subs are people he has worked with for many years, and they are always very clean, professional and clean up at the end of each day which is very important for home life during the project. Based on our substantial experience, we highly recommend Kuhn's Construction. Ours was a major project and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.”
