“We hired Dover Home Remodelers for a basement project 9 years ago. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to do with our basement and Dover's professionals really showed us what we could get out of it. We were able to add another full bathroom, a kitchenette, a new laundry room and plenty of space for our growing family. What we really enjoyed about working with Dover was that they spelled everything out ahead of time, they met their deadlines and budgets, and when they ran into difficulties they worked with us to actually improve upon the original design. It has been 9 years but we still get nothing but complements on our remodel project. We cannot recommend their work enough.”

“I am so grateful that we selected Keselman for our first floor renovation. Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom all turned out so wonderful. They were really great to work with the entire time and surpassed my expectations. They were extremely prompt in responses, always keeping us updated, always treating us with such respect and keeping a tidy workspace every evening. (this was so important to us with three little ones and living through the renovation) It was truly a pleasure working with them and you can tell they keep their standards consistent with their contractors also. Any small hiccup or change that arose they were prompt to help us remedy and it never became a headache. “We have had two major projects completed with the Alberino Team within 5 years! The first job was an extensive remodel and reconfiguring of a 1956 home to update and give the place a new look and feel with custom features throughout. The second job was pretty much a complete gutting of the entire home including all plumbing, electric, furnace, ducts, insulation, etc. after fire and water damaged the property. The core Alberino team is stable, professional, and dedicated. Each team member is an expert in their part of the job and committed to making sure the work is exactly the way you want it. Joe Alberino and his fellow team member, Dan, are wonderful tradesmen and both made many beautiful custom pieces for our home. The company tradesmen are up to date on installing all the latest trends as well as being equipped to restore historical work on older homes. They will stay in your discussed budget and give you an accurate timeline. We hired them twice due to the workmanship and professionalism. They work well as a team and their many years working together shows in the way they get the job completed within the timeframe discussed.”

Relief properties took it down to the studs and built a beautiful home for us while leaving in tact some of the gorgeous architectural details that are so important to a home this age. “Excellent job! Highest recommendation. We hired Riviera Construction to completely gut and rebuild the interior of our home in the Chagrin Valley. Ken and his team did an amazing job of staying on-time and on-budget while delivering a superior result. Ken was on the job site every single day to make certain everything was going according to plan. If you've been through any remodeling before, you know that from time to time unexpected things will "pop up" due to construction details concealed within the walls. When Ken's team ran into these, they dealt with them swiftly and without undue increases in cost. Overall, our project came in slightly _under_ budget. The Riviera Team was so neat and efficient, that despite the scope of the job encompassing basically our entire home, we were able to continue living at the house in surprising comfort throughout the project. The Riviera Pros thoughtfully subdivided our living spaces with temporary walls; they worked on one side of the space while we lived on the other, and as rooms were completed, we were able to switch. I recommend Ken and his outstanding team of tradesmen without reservation. And yes, I would hire them again in a new York Minute!”

“My projected started off as I wanted one side of my deck to have a patio laid instead of the river rock. After talking with Jake I added the other side of the deck to have the river rock removed and a walk-way laid. The project from start to finish took longer then I thought but it was mother natures fault for all the rain. Jake always stayed in touch with me and kept me in the loop which I appreciated. I am looking forward to this summer to get to enjoy my backyard/patio! Highly recommend Jake!”
