“US BES was top notch from start to finish. Very professional and detailed proposal followed up by full explanation of the special circumstances of our project. Work dates and times were clearly communicated and adhered to which made our lives much easier as we were managing a full time family during the project. Site was cleaned every day with no materials or garbage left behind and everything was completed on time and on budget. Furthermore, the owner of the Company was on site full time while all the work was being completed, it was not subcontracted out to someone else to complete the project. Would highly recommend US BES for any project you may be contemplating”

“We had Francisco and his team come out to do , siding, soffit, and gutters. Francisco was so helpful in my vision. I showed him a few pictures of the look I wanted for an addition we had just finished, and he made a few suggestions in regards to symmetry. He nailed exactly what I wanted!! His team works fast, and their craftmanship is beautiful! Francisco is easy to work with, responsive, priced fairly, and I can't say enough about the craftmanship!”

“Two years ago I bought a condo in a building that was built in 1939. Not much had been done to the unit since then, and while it is beautiful space, I needed help. Patro Construction came highly recommended and I chose them to do the work. I have heard many rehab horror stories but I was so impressed with this company. Roman has highly qualified people working for him and they did an excellent job. I was concerned about money but the project came in on time, on budget, and the work was exemplary. There was no drama. I got a new kitchen, new wiring, repairs to walls and everything painted (2 coats of paint). The next year I hired Patro Construction to gut my 1939 bathroom and rebuild it. It came in on time, on budget, and it is beautiful. I would hire this company for any new or reconstructive work.”

“After years of saving money for a kitchen remodel, my wife and I contacted a couple contractors. Tim Stark was recommended to us by neighbors who had major a renovation done last year. Tim gave us his full attention and committed a lot of time evaluating the scope of the project and preparing an estimate. He is a good listener as well as an advisor. Everything about him told us he was knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy. We felt confident he was the right contractor for our project. He did not let us down. In addition to all the planned construction, there are always issues which present themselves as the project unfolds. He handled them very well. Also, Tim did not ignore minor issues that popped up. A less conscientious contractor might have ignored them. This is the calibre of contractor we hoped to find. My wife and I place importance on integrity as well as expertise. Tim Stark fulfilled both.”
