“After purchasing our first home my wife and I hired Juliano and his company for a complete overhaul of the electronical system in our 2-family dwelling. His company also refinished/stained the hardwood floors in our living room, completed a bathroom, built an exhaust vent in my kitchen, and revamped an outdated plumbing system. Juliano was cordial and easy to work with throughout the process. He provided in-depth explanations of the work being done and even gave our family options with much of the decision making process as we contracted each portion of the job. All of Juliano's workers were respectful and it was pleasure getting to know each of them on a personal level. Not only was the job completed with care and excellence but Juliano's pricing was fair and competitive and completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for home improvement and/or construction.”

“Meeting Joe, Anthony, Tor and the entire crew from ZANO was honestly one of the best things that could have happened... Not only did they do an incredible job on a very tough time line for a basement legalization space they are just some of the nicest people we have worked with. They went above and beyond in every possible way and the entire crew was delightful to work with. Legalizing an already finished basement was a very difficult project but they guided us through it through every step of the way and we could not be happier with the finished work! The next time I have any sort of project... there is no doubt we will work with ZANO again.”

They organize and plan out every part of the project in advance which reduces questions, delays and confusion. “I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”
