“I had searched for several years for the right contractor to redo my kitchen. I tried several contractors on smaller home improvement projects or handyman jobs but they all were either poor communicators, poor quality or too expensive. I found New Line Remodeling on a Maryland Contractors site and Carlos was at my home the next day to review my handyman projects. He asked excellent questions, quoted a fair price and finished the first job I gave him the next day. I was so pleased, I showed him my kitchen and hired him to replace the countertops and cabinets as well as install a new garbage disposal and a tile backsplash. He worked with me on each step of choosing cabinets, granite, sink, under cabinet lighting etc. His network of granite and cabinet people were excellent as well! His attention to detail was even higher than mine (and I am picky) and the end result was gorgeous, on budget and a total installation time of 6 DAYS from tear out to being able to use my new kitchen. He even rerouted the mess of pipes under the sink for a more functional space. I ALWAYS recommend New Line Remodeling for any job in my home or my friends' homes. I use them exclusively for any work I need done.”

“We've been working with Rudy and Freddy since 2018 when they renovated our Great Room. They laid down the wood floors, installed new light fixtures, stained our beams, built and stained new steps and installed railings, and painted every room in our house! They are professional, timely, and clean up each day! I would highly recommend them, and when we're ready to renovate our kitchen we will be calling FRP Construction!”

“Merchant contractors were really good, we had Chuma as the project manager he was also the sales rep and they were able to build a new kitchen with a new granite countertop it turned out beautiful because I was able to have my cabinets all white with beautiful handles and again I did a different Blue Island totally totally loved the job I will use them again”

For example, if their client wants help picking out stone in our warehouse, we always see them come in with them to make sure they are getting taken care of. If the client wants to pick out a stone themselves, that's what happens! They make sure their clients are choosing the products they are wanting in their project all the while being honest and upfront about costs. “I am someone who has high expectations and have really had some issues in the past with previous contractors. This was really a process finding a company to ease my doubts on hiring another random contractor. After speaking with Elite I had a good feeling but still was hesitant because I've had that before and turned out not so good. Once they came out and met them in person I could tell they were a different kind of contractor. They were very professional, got back to me very promptly and accurately. Overall great company all around!”

“We hired Karma Home Designs to renovate our bathroom area, refinish hardwood floors, paint the entire house, and change the conventional hot water heater to a tankless electric water heater. Karma's crew did an excellent job converting an old one-unit tub shower to a frameless walk-in shower that now looks like a million dollars!! Also did a very nice job painting the entire home and refinishing hardwood floors that had deep cuts and numerous scratches. Our home feels more spacious and bright. Karma's managing partners are young, professional and have the knowledge to propel them to greater heights. They are personable, honest and worked well with us to make our vision a reality! Karma's strength is working within the budget. As in every renovation project, there were some delays and hiccups along the way but Karma worked diligently to address those issues. Will not hesitate to recommend Karma, and we would use them again!!!”
