The owner, Meko Foster, has an amazing brain that can turn the most difficult ideas into reality. He is brilliant, professional, personable, extremely reliable, and ALWAYS keeps "your" best interest and budget in mind. He removed walls, ceilings, moved doorways, etc., all according to code. After the reconstruction, Meko finished the interior with décor. His eye for color, décor, and design is extraordinary, as he has the ability to coordinate and blend the entire space so that it flows from room to room. I don't believe there is any unique idea that he cannot conquer. Meko starts the process with listening to your "needs" and "wants", keeping you involved throughout the project, then miraculously brings your ideas to fruition. And, if you don't have "ideas", simply let Meko figure out what the space needs. With a small budget, he added just the right touch to another house of mine that enabled me to sell it quickly. His creativity will amaze you.”
