“We hired Ant Builders initially in 2009 to renovate our basement, renovate three bathrooms, install lighting throughout, install a new roof, paint our exterior and interior. They were amazing! The work was top notch and our experience with Shy, Alex and the crew was excellent. They are professional, hardworking, respectful. Shy sees two steps ahead all of the time, so there's no nasty surprises. They arrive on time and work hard, they always tidy up and are neat workers during the job. We have recommended them to friends and neighbors and all have had great experiences. “95 Custom Construction renovated my downstairs, kitchen, upstairs, front and back porch and upper deck and will be using them again when I am ready to have my basement renovated. I simply enjoyed working with Mr. Stephen Alves and his workers on this project. They made the work completely stress free, and worked around my pet's schedule. I did not have to send them to one of my family members home while they worked; and even they enjoyed having them around! They did a phenomenal job on my home and I am overjoyed with happiness at the completed project! I did not have any idea of how I wanted my kitchen or bathroom designed and just talking with Mr. Alves a few moments, he was able to give me design ideas for both and it turned out great. He knew exactly what my personality was and what design I would like and dislike. The workers were very respectful and at the end of the day, they ensured everything they moved out of place was put back in place or placed somewhere my pets couldn't get to. 95 Custom Construction was a blessing to me!!”

Phil and his crew were highly professional, prompt, and did terrific work for us. They completed the work within the deadline. Phil was very easy to work with, and we were able to discuss progress on the renovation on a regular basis. His crew members were very neat, and left the work site clean and neat at the end of each day. We were highly satisfied with the results of the project.”
