I’m really glad Kyle with Kavaleer was involved from the beginning as the house was not a typical conversation and Kyle provided creative and cost effective solutions that met all the City requirements. Even still, the renovation came in on time, on budget, and passed all inspections without an issue. “In 2014, we purchased a 1625 sq ft bungalow in Bow Meadows and after several meetings, chose Align Developments to do a major interior renovation of the main level. The flooring was replaced with hardwood and tile, the kitchen was completely redesigned with new cupboards and an island, a garage entrance laundry room/bathroom was replace with a redesigned laundry area and walk through pantry connecting to the kitchen, the master bedroom en suite was enlarged and brightened and lighting throughout was up graded.
