“We worked with Allen Built to do a gut renovation of a duplex apartment in the Watergate complex. We were very impressed with the way they handled the inevitable changes and discoveries that come with working in older residential buildings. They thought ahead during the construction process and suggested solutions to issues before they became problems. They were very sensitive to the client's budget and the construction schedule. They put in extra time to meet deadlines.
