The previous construction had been poorly planned and had deteriorated into an unsafe condition. Jim did thorough research to devise an excellent plan that retained our esthetics and maintained function. “Bryan has done some exterior work on our 1930s house that I couldn't find anyone else who would even consider the job. His team was quick, efficient, and friendly. We enjoyed the experience so much that we had him do a full kitchen remodel. The kitchen project was affected by covid and supply chain issues, so we had some delays and had to make some different choices due to price fluctuations, but Bryan was very communicative and honest during the process. He and his team find ways to get things done rather than take the easy way out or make excuses. The kitchen is beautiful and functional. I strongly recommend Seawolf and Bryan for any interior or exterior work you might be considering.”

“Brandon (owner/general contractor) was amazing. Dealt with all of my wife and I's various changes and indecision about our complete kitchen remodel. He walked us through all of our various design options for materials, design of two wall takedowns and worked to find us the best price for some finishing touches in other areas of our home. Ultimately I'd conservatively out the percentage of work he did himself at 95% and it is all amazing. Plus he has great connections to get competitive prices in the necessary materials. Brandon was also great with our dog and making sure we were comfortable with the schedule and the work being done at any given time. I don't often write reviews (especially when things go well), but this was such an amazing experience that I can't recommend KBL Remodeling enough and will use them for any and all future work I need done.”

“Kevin repaired our mailbox, which was about to fall off its post. He pulled up two steel stakes that I had driven into the ground with a sledge hammer 12 years ago, and no one else could pull up. He adjusted some doors that had been messed up when the house started sagging a little, because we had a bad builder originally, who left a support out of one end. He removed a torn screen from the screen door in front, after repairing that door so it closes and latches correctly again, and he's getting that re-screened for us. And he's working up bids for some more work. Honest, affordable and competent! The 3 things we value most in a tradesman like this!”
