“We hired Karma Home Designs to renovate our bathroom area, refinish hardwood floors, paint the entire house, and change the conventional hot water heater to a tankless electric water heater. Karma's crew did an excellent job converting an old one-unit tub shower to a frameless walk-in shower that now looks like a million dollars!! Also did a very nice job painting the entire home and refinishing hardwood floors that had deep cuts and numerous scratches. Our home feels more spacious and bright. Karma's managing partners are young, professional and have the knowledge to propel them to greater heights. They are personable, honest and worked well with us to make our vision a reality! Karma's strength is working within the budget. As in every renovation project, there were some delays and hiccups along the way but Karma worked diligently to address those issues. Will not hesitate to recommend Karma, and we would use them again!!!”

“I hired AllRenovations to come into my condo and remodel my master bathroom and kitchen. They did a spectacular job and the foreman even did some work in the bathroom which he did not charge me for. On top of that, he also talked to friends who sold me granite for much less than I could acquire it anywhere else. The team of two workers did demolition on both rooms, made new ceilings with recessed lighting, drywall, installed a tub in the bathroom, laid a new floor, painted, and installed accessories. The same was done in the kitchen installing new cabinetry as well as a microwave. They were very diligent about their work, honest and up front with any questions I had, and even gave me telephone numbers to call if anything went wrong with anything they did after the time they had left for the day. All in all, I would not be hesitant at all to call AllRenovations back to my home to do any and all work that requires a team who has high integrity and quality work standards.”

“Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry. We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize. Timothy and Amy Nojaim I would like to continue my review of Craftsman Construction. It has now been 8 years since Jerry has built our home. We have temporarily moved overseas. We have continued using Jerry and Craftsman Construction to manage the upkeep and occasional repairs to our wonderful house, while we have been away. He was professional, respected our budgetary boundaries, finished the project in a timely way, chose excellent subcontractors who provided high quality work, and he followed up on every aspect of the project. In addition, he helped us with the selection of our materials, was resourceful at solving unanticipated problems, and worked diligently to keep the work space tidy and clean. He has a great sense of design as well. We love everything about our new bathroom and subsequently have involved Jeff in future projects. “Total kitchen renovation extending kitchen area by removing the dining room and having an open concept layout to the living room area. Project was started on time and was completed in a reasonable time frame. Workers are professional and polite. As always in a major renovation project, you will run into some unexpected issues but the company will work with you financially and suggest recommendations to cut out extra costs at the same time overcoming any project issues. I will be hiring them again to do my next bedroom/bathroom renovations. I already have brought them back to extend my wood flooring into my basement.”

It was a pleasure to work with Vanessa, the owner of Green Diva, who made wonderful suggestions that made both projects even better than we originally planned. Since she also enjoys cooking she made great recommendations on planning my kitchen, and stayed well within our budget. The staff was considerate, neat and mindful of our family's schedule, keeping supplies and equipment in the work areas and respecting the rest of our house. We would absolutely hire Green Diva for our next renovation project.”
