Kitchens, baths, plumbing, drywall, insulation, mill work, you name it, Steve has delivered. He bids everything up front and has always met deadlines. Larger projects always have changes as you get into them and Steve is a great communicator during the project. He has worked with and around tenants as well as in situations where we do larger upgrades in between tenants. He has keys to all the houses and I trust him in every situation.”
