“The guys at Pacific Coast are super friendly and worked really fast. My wife and I had our 2 bathrooms and kitchen remodeled. Clint was very helpful and offered a lot of good ideas. He was very considerate about working within our budget. As work was underway we had a few hiccups, as you would expect with a project of this size. Our project manager JJ was always willing to make it right. Never argued or gave us any attitude. He often smiled, agreed with us, and said "we'll take care of it". By the end of our project we felt like we were friends with these guys. More than once JJ reiterated "hey, we are homeowners too man". Ultimately, real honest and professional outfit. In a world of general contractor horror stories, its really refreshing to see a group of hardworking guys like this still exists.”

Ryan Anderson and the RW Anderson team did a really wonderful job. The 70 year old kitchen and dining room in our large home presented some significant remodeling challenges but we were thrilled with the workmanship, management and outcome. Not only was RW Anderson transparent on costs with regular reports on costs versus budget, they greatly assisted us in understanding the trade-offs inherent in the myriad of decisions to be made in a major remodel. “My wife and I met Jim Burbridge owner of ADDB at the Tacoma Home Show in February 2014. We invited him to come to our 1978 built home and make a bid on remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom. We were happy with his and the designer's proposal and signed up for the work to begin in July 2014. His employees were tremendous for the demo and reconstruction project. It was finished mid-September, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Every time we walk into the new kitchen and bath we just smile.”

“I have used Assured Accuracy on several occasions. I needed base boards after my carpets were removed. I recently had my walls painted and the baseboards needed to be wider/taller than the ones you can get in Home Depot, etc. Todd Murray, owner, created my baseboards custom to avoid repainting my rooms. They turned out beautiful. HIs workmanship is excellent. In June of 2022, my kitchen was flooded due to a leaky faucet. Todd worked with my insurance company and finished my kitchen. I wanted to keep my old upper cabinets as they were custom when we originally built the house. Since we couldn't get the exact match for the size and the space we had, Todd custom built several of the cabinets in the kitchen to fit the floor plan. The kitchen looks great. Todd and Jessica worked with me on the design and kept the cost within budget. Although the insurance company was difficult to deal with, Todd kept within his estimated time of completion, even after several months delay on the insurance adjuster's part. He made up time by working weekends, and after hours in order to have my kitchen ready for Thanksgiving. I don't know any other company that would be this dedicated to their clients. It was appreciated!! Five Stars for sure!!”

“Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”
