PCB and its employees were very good at listening to all our requests. They put in extra effort to make sure we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our home, both big and small. “I hired Mola Builders to remodel my grandparents bathroom based on a referral. It was a complete renovation down to the studs to accommodate her ADA/special needs.. From selecting the Toto Neorest Toilet, custom cabinet, down to the beautiful limestone counter. Every need was meet including the handicap bars beside the toilet and in the beautiful tiled shower. Our need were meet for her, while keeping the design of the bathroom beautiful. We are so thrilled with the outcome. We can't express enough how clean the work site area was during the remodel. HIs crew made sure that when they left each day that it was a safe clean environment. Vince's expertise with his knowledge of the latest products and city codes keep the project moving along very smoothly. The tile work and the cabinetry from his crew exceeded any expectations on quality and design that I could have hoped for. I would certainly use him again for any upcoming project and have already recommended him to neighbors and friends.”

“Wow! What a crazy ride!! Thank you Rudy and all of your crew. You all did an excellent job on our addition\ re-build. With my Mothers blessing, my husband and I decided to overhaul and nearly rebuild my childhood home. My mom had been in her home for 56 years with the last 3 years being alone. The decision was made to reside together, so rather than move mom out to live in our home, we moved in to her home and with the help of Arlington Const., we all reside happily together. We interviewed about 6 contractors. Rudy sailed to the top of the list. He runs his crew with leadership and is well respected by all of them. They all take pride in their work, work VERY hard ,and the job stays clean and orderly. Rudy does not manage his crew from a far, He was at the job daily and often several times each day. The Men are all friendly, kind and took to calling my mom Grandma ( which she loved. ) We gutted the house and started pretty much from scratch. Our addition was approx. 700 Sq. Ft. Total Sq. Ft being approx. 1,900 Sq. Ft. upon completion. Three bedrooms, three baths and a lovely open floor plan. You can not see where the addition begins or ends. It looks amazing.Thank you for referring us to your architect Leo who was reasonable and very helpful. Rudy, we appreciate your integrity, honesty , knowledge, and your love of doing what you do. Thank you gentlemen to all of you that had a part in building our lovely home. God Bless you.”

“Re-insulate attic and provide storage area with ventilation. Removed old blown (and thin) insulation. Replace with high grade R30. Cover all with thick plywood. Nest all wiring in joists. Install attic stairs in hallway. Move hallway light. Paint attic door to match ceiling. Install attic fan through exterior stucco wall for ventilation, included thermostat and manual control. Install fan switch in hallway. All went well. We love our extra space. This was our second time using Eddie, Reggie and Alfonso. They come on time, do good work and are a pleasure to work with. They were done in a little over a week. After this job, we hired them again to re-roof our house and rebuild a fireplace (after a eucalyptus destroyed our family room). As expected, Eddie, Reggie and Alfonso were courteous, professional and hard-working. Their work is amazing and they are a pleasure to have around.”
