“I highly recommend Innovative Design Concepts for any organization or individual seeking outstanding architectural/design services. Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective. We also found Chris and his colleagues to be extremely responsive to our questions and needs, and very open to our feedback. IDCI's professionalism and outstanding customer service really made the design process smooth and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to hire IDCI again. Thank you Chris!”

“I have had entire house renovation done by Atlas Design and Remodeling. I have had kitchen, master bathroom, first floor bathroom and kids bathroom on the 2nd floor. We did entire basement refinish with exercise room, laundry and rec room. Exactly as promised from start to finish. Workers arrived on time and worked efficiently. Craftsmanship outstanding. Result is beautiful! I would use Mr. Arth Monroe again because he is very responsive, his prices are honest and good, and he came with remarkably high recommendations from the architect I used. If I were going to build a house or a big addition, I would go with him.”

“Our bathroom remodeling in Chicago could not have gone smoother. Villa has great remodeling contractors in Chicago that offered amazing ideas and solutions to give us the bathroom that went beyond our dreams. When we told them what we wanted, they paid attention and we love everything they came up with. While some ideas would have put us over our budget, they were able to make changes on the fly to accommodate what we wanted in a different way to keep costs down. For any bathroom renovations in Chicago, we recommend Villa.”

“My wife and I built our home in 2005 with Coyle Custom Homes and could not be happier. We spent several months visiting the model homes of several builders and were most impressed when we saw Henry's model. The attention to detail and high quality craftsmanship caught our eye immediately. We were certain we could not afford his work, but we're surprised that he was actually very reasonable. Our home was not cheap, but with homes, you get what you pay for. I don't believe Henry would build an average home even if that's what you wanted - he has too much pride in his work. When working out the deal, we made sure there wouldn't be any surprise charges during the process. He assured us there wouldn't be and he was true to his word. Our house was built on time and within our budget. And it doesn't stop there; any issues (covered under warranty or not) we encountered were quickly handled by Henry usually at no cost to us. He's not just trying to sell houses, he's building a relationship with his customers and standing behind his work.”

“Fantastic Results! I hired James and his crew in 2020 to assist me with a "flip" on the North Shore. It was a very old house riddled with issues. I've been a designer and contractor for over 20 years and can say that the NRC crew was top notch. They helped push the complicated renovations along and followed my design requirements perfectly. They fully renovated the entire interior and built a front porch addition on the exterior. Their crews were attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!”

“Joe and his team at Core Remodel did an amazing job with our kitchen rehab in the West Loop. We interviewed numerous contractors for the job, but Joes experience and great price got them the job. His team arrived on time everyday and worked extra hard to get the job done in the time promised. They were very tidy as well and cleaned up after their work each day which was very nice since we were living there through the rehab. We couldn't be happier with how our kitchen turned out, absolutely stunning! Would highly recommend working with Core Remodel group for your next project!”
