“I was under the gun due to tenant code violations and called Lenny needing a job done ASAP. !. he answers his calls and maintains excellent communication regarding the job. 2. He starts the job in accordance with the contract and sticks with it till its done. He provides the manpower and equipment needed to do the job. HIs estimates are fair and he stands by his word. The job he did for me encompassed all of his services including multiple loads of junk removed including filling a 30 foot dumpster and filling multiple 20 foot trailers with trash, shed demolition, house clean out, lot clearing. I cant say enough about the extraordinary service he provided me.”

“After obtaining quotes and reviewing several contractors for our home remodel, we chose Nailed It Home Construction and Remodel. We're so happy we did!!! Bill and his team exceeded our expectations, working with us to design and remodel our circa 1800's home. We gave them multiple change requests to which they quickly calculated cost and schedule impacts that were reasonable. What we found to be extremely advantageous is Nailed It are licensed general contractors AND licensed electricians. Bills oversight of the entire project from conception to scheduling and ongoing communication to his constant inspection of the ongoing work of his team made for a fun and smooth process. We were still living in our home while the renovation was was being done and the entire team were so friendly and respectful. The final result was beyond what we had originally envisioned. I would 100% recommend Nailed It Construction to anyone wishing to remodel or build! We are still with them to this day as they are our property management company.”
