“Bob Vail is a master Craftsman and his crew is just as exacting and demanding as he is. Our project involved pushing out our kitchen foundation 6ft and rearranging the rooms on the first floor to meet an expanded and updated kitchen. Walls were torn down and new walls were put in place, new windows and doors and a new outside deck also were part of a project that included an entire renovation of a tired old kitchen. Bob consulted and worked with us alongside an architect, kitchen expert and electrician in order to help us select exactly what we wanted, at times he would advocate for us when we met with some unprofessional incidents. Most importantly, Bob was able to flex with some changing demands during the project while still maintaining the integrity of the original plan. Superior finish carpentry highlights surround the new project and bring continued enjoyment as we use our new kitchen and entertain more often than ever before.”

He came out to my home examined the damage, was extremely helpful in what would work for a design/colors that would make it to be my home. “I hired Petrone Construction several times during the past 4 years. The latest project was a 37 by 12 foot deck, with a 4 foot railing. Petrone Construction also did the deck design. Ron Petrone did a superb job in meeting our families needs: He did research on finding the best price on a sustainable hardwood and created a beautiful deck for our family of 7; including an outdoor shower, a covered area and built ins for planters. We spent the entire summer on the deck! Petrone Construction also built us a 1000 square foot addition, 3 stories high. It includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling, a built in window seat and french doors leading out to our deck. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower, with a custom made, walk in closet, complete with multiple drawers and hanging spaces. Although we provided Ron with blueprints, created by an architect, he was open to changing the design as the project progressed. Although that cost us more money it was worth it. We are so happy with our addition! Petrone Construction has been a real pleasure to work with. They provided excellent customer service in that they returned calls in a timely manner, were consisitently respectful and always on time. They even cleaned up after themselves!”
