“Once again the experience was phenomenal! We have used 1st Choice Builders before for our current home and because of the excellent experience hired them again for 2 rental units that needed some renovations. Not only do they come in with the knowledge of the tactical elements to complete the job, but with 1st Choice Builders you receive so much more. As with any home project, there are always situations that arise that need some strategic solutions. 1st Choice Builders's master carpentry team are amazing! They can easily resolve any issue that appears to be complicated and to you the customer, makes it appear a)so minor and b)totally reduces any anxiety you may have. The other benefit to 1st choice builders is their extensive list of building suppliers for items needed. In addition, their master plumbers, electricians and HVAC to name a few are top notch. I see how this company has been in business for over 10 years based on their attentiveness to the customer - always responding quickly! As well their staff retention is high which speaks volumes to a business. We have referred them to a half dozen friends and neighbors - all who have been happy as well! 1st choice builders is like working with a friend!”

Guy made it all look very easy as he explained me every step and was very detailed and patience with me, He helped me choose all the materials and also help me with his contractor discounted prices. From initial consultion to design to picking of tiles and materials they were always there to guide us when we needed it. Lital was the project manager for us and she was a pleasure to deal with. “I chose Tom for a few reasons. From the three bids that we received, I liked and trusted him the most. I having a background in construction myself, I was able to test him, as I did with everyone else. And I valued his honesty and work ethics. He was very good with explaining and answered most of my questions before I ask them. His. His price was reasonable as well. As for the end results, my wife and I were very happy and ended up giving him another job. The initial job was a shared bathroom. And later on we hire Tom to do the master bathroom which came out amazing!”

“Lecut Construction is one of the best remodeling companies out there! We contacted them looking for help with an our kitchen remodeling project. Their friendly receptionist replied promptly and we had a project manager,Michael and guy , at our house in just few days. The project managers Michael and guys was extremely attentive to all our concerns and questions and took full control of all the necessary paperwork and scheduling. Prior to contracting with Lecut we have postponed our project multiple times in fear of the headache and time-consumption we expected to have, however, Michael and guy made the project effortless for us. After the completion our kitchen looks incredible! Prior to committing to Lecut we have consulted with multiple companies, but none came near to the in-depth knowledge, caring customer service, and detailed quote and project plan that Lecut provided. We are looking forward to contacting LeCut for all of our future renovations and highly recommending.”
