The home was being turned into a retail and office project while still maintaining the character of the original home. Their on-site team was outstanding and managed the very aggressive schedule with grace and passion. The project came out beautiful and they were always great to work with. “My wife and I met Jim Burbridge owner of ADDB at the Tacoma Home Show in February 2014. We invited him to come to our 1978 built home and make a bid on remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom. We were happy with his and the designer's proposal and signed up for the work to begin in July 2014. His employees were tremendous for the demo and reconstruction project. It was finished mid-September, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Every time we walk into the new kitchen and bath we just smile.”

“LeMier Phillips remodeled our master bathroom and did several other minor electrical, plumbing and structural upgrades. We love our new bathroom! The craftsmanship is excellent and the results are beautiful. The process was nearly painless because the workers were respectful of our space and our home. Any remodeling is a messy project but LeMier Phillips did an excellent job of minimizing the mess. We found them easy to work with and responsive to any concerns. They exceeded our expectations in every way!”

“We hired this company in 1991 to custom build our 3200 square foot home. This is a family owned business and at that time was owned and operated by Mike Ritzman's mom and dad. They were terrific. They were on time, they were pleasant and they even returned some of our money. In the ensuing years I have had them remodel a rental property I have, plus a $30,000 repair when a large tree fell onto the roof. A couple of years ago I had them build a custom garage of about 1550 feet. This is the $50,000 - $100,000 listed in this review. Once again they did it on time and on budget. I wouldn't go anywhere else for work, whether new construction or a remodel.”
