In addition, he helped us with the selection of our materials, was resourceful at solving unanticipated problems, and worked diligently to keep the work space tidy and clean. “We hired P.L. Johnson Construction, Inc. in 2006 to complete a remodel and build-out of our kitchen and breakfast area. Phil and his crew were highly professional, prompt, and did terrific work for us. They completed the work within the deadline. Phil was very easy to work with, and we were able to discuss progress on the renovation on a regular basis. His crew members were very neat, and left the work site clean and neat at the end of each day. We were highly satisfied with the results of the project.”

“We hired Ascend to build a replacement for the garage at our new home in Chevy Chase. The entire process--from design, to permits, to construction was characterized by consummate professionalism. We live 2500 miles from the project site, but we never had any doubt about where the project stood. Majid gave us (nearly) daily updates on the project, including photos and videos, and he was always incredibly responsive to our questions and occasional changes. There were no hidden costs or nasty surprises--he delivered on budget. We'd hire Ascend again in a heartbeat.”
