“I called Scott at LTB Propoerties in a bind: the condo above mine had a significant leak which came through the ceiling in my unit's living room and brought half the ceiling down. I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. He was professional and extremely responsive, even helping me by providing before/during/after pictures for the insurance claim I had to make. Scott and LBT Properties came highly recommended by a friend, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him.”

“Finding Paul was a god-sent. We had a contract to purchase a home that needed serious renovation. Unfortunately the closing date kept slipping, leaving us with only eight weeks before the start of school. Paul was there the day after the closing with a dumpster, and he and his crew tackled the job like pros. I knew from day one, we were in good hands.
