“We hired Molnar Design LLC to finish our basement and they were wonderful! Brad (the manager) was extremely down to earth and professional when we met for our consultation, and we didn't hesitate to hire him once we listened to his ideas and saw photos of their work. He was very detail oriented throughout the entire process, a real perfectionist. Every single member of their crew is extremely hard working, arriving early & leaving late almost every day. They are very receptive to customer feedback/ideas and easy to work with. Not too mention that their price for the project was excellent! I cannot believe how amazing our basement looks!! I honestly couldn't believe how well the project turned out. We have since referred two of our closest friends to Molnar LLC without hesitation. Can't wait to work with them again on another house project.”

“We had laminate flooring installed in our family room to make our entire first floor laminate. The Estimate/Consult was helpful and we were given accurate information and told what to expect for the job to be done. The day of the Installation was the best home improvement I have ever had, the work was done quickly, in an organized way and all the trash and my old carpet was removed and my house and garage was clean. I would definitely use Ohio Property Brothers again for work in my home.”

“Mark and his crew of installers, remodelers and professionals were willing to listen to my concerns, to use or make adaptations to my ideas, and to allow me to find plumbing fixtures online at a lower price than their vendors and install them. This amounted to a significant saving to me. They completed the work when they said they would, with a minimal amount of mess, which they of course cleaned up. Our remodeled master bathroom is a joy to see and use, and I can highly recommend Mark's company.”

“Over the past few years, I have used this company for several different projects. Jim Sugar is a complete professional and always does the job as though he was working on his own home. I have even changed the direction of a project in mid-stream, so to speak, and Jim has never batted an eye. Jim is helpful and knowledgeable about many different types of home maintenance and improvements. He gives suggestions and/or opinions when asked. I have given his name and contact information to others when they have needed help with home improvements. At this moment, I am in the process of getting another couple of projects going with Jim. We don't even worry about getting other quotes. We know that Jim will do the job and that we will be happy with the results!”
