Guy made it all look very easy as he explained me every step and was very detailed and patience with me, He helped me choose all the materials and also help me with his contractor discounted prices. The quality of work was A+ and I would recommend them to anyone that wants exceptional work at affordable pricing. I never had to worry about them. We went through everything I wanted and it all came out beautifully. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. One thing I loved is they cleaned up their work area every day when they were finished. You can't go wrong with this company. We also had the pleasure to work with Brenda and she was able to help us with any questions we had it didn’t matter what time or day it was! “After doing extensive research and talking to multiple contractors I settles on Mr & Mrs. Construction for my bathroom renovation project. From initial consultion to design to picking of tiles and materials they were always there to guide us when we needed it. Lital was the project manager for us and she was a pleasure to deal with. “Solid team that knows what they are doing. The team at Green Planet Remodeling helped me renovate 2 bathrooms - and remedied a lot of the shoddy work that was lurking behind the wall (thanks to my crappy builder for those surprises). Good guys that were efficient and professional through the whole experience. They even provided me with a 3D Design for both of the bathrooms that another company wanted to charge me for! Easy to communicate. Highly recommend!”

“Once again the experience was phenomenal! We have used 1st Choice Builders before for our current home and because of the excellent experience hired them again for 2 rental units that needed some renovations. Not only do they come in with the knowledge of the tactical elements to complete the job, but with 1st Choice Builders you receive so much more. As with any home project, there are always situations that arise that need some strategic solutions. 1st Choice Builders's master carpentry team are amazing! They can easily resolve any issue that appears to be complicated and to you the customer, makes it appear a)so minor and b)totally reduces any anxiety you may have. The other benefit to 1st choice builders is their extensive list of building suppliers for items needed. In addition, their master plumbers, electricians and HVAC to name a few are top notch. I see how this company has been in business for over 10 years based on their attentiveness to the customer - always responding quickly! As well their staff retention is high which speaks volumes to a business. “No lie. I was dreading the remodel process. I was worried that someone would try and pressure me into a sale, or that it would drag on and cost more than I budgeted. But this was the least painful remodel I could imagine. I felt super in control and never pressured to do something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. The work was done properly and they helped me find appliances and decor that worked for me. If I remodel my bathrooms I would for sure call them back.”

“First they came and give us an estimate that we really liked, we signed the contract to do the kitchen floors. Before they started the job I ask them to give me a price for the complete kitchen remodeling. again we liked the price and we signed the contract (BTW they helped us with financing the job). during the process we found out the electrical wiring needs to be replaced mike gave us very good price on that so we let them do it. they also gave us 3D design rendering that was great, we actually could see how the kitchen will look like.. Roy Mike and the team where very helpful they answered all of our concerns and even when we change things around they where very understanding and helped us to make our dream come true. we where very impressed when all city inspection pass at the first time. we love how our kitchen came out, it looks amazing like it came out of a catalog, its like living in a mention. we will use Baron construction again to do our roof in the in the near future. they did exactly what they promise and above. we are extremely happy that we choose Baron construction and remodeling to do our kitchen.”

“I chose Tom for a few reasons. From the three bids that we received, I liked and trusted him the most. I having a background in construction myself, I was able to test him, as I did with everyone else. And I valued his honesty and work ethics. He was very good with explaining and answered most of my questions before I ask them. His. His price was reasonable as well. As for the end results, my wife and I were very happy and ended up giving him another job. The initial job was a shared bathroom. And later on we hire Tom to do the master bathroom which came out amazing!”
