Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. “I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”

Replaced and trimmed out 16 windows and installed sliding doors on deck. very customer focused and stayed on time and budget. each part of job had an informed foreman in charge who was knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Glitz just finished a large renovation in my home in manhasset. They did my stairs, floors TWO bathrooms inclucing a master suite, a den living room and entry way. They were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. I could not be happier with the work that was done. Their pricing was very reasonable and better than any others we met with. They are professional and showed up every day at the same time. I was told the construction would take 6 to 8 weeks and I did not believe them and guess what?? They were done by week 8. We are planning on additional renavotions next year and I am so glad I already have the Contractor picked out. I plan on using them for all of my future projects.”

Thanks to Gappsi we now have a beautiful backyard to enjoy all season. Giuseppe designed the project. The pool and spa are gorgeous. The design and all suggestions by Giuseppe worked out perfectly for our needs and we are thrilled with the results. Greg ran the construction and masonry on the project. Tosh ran the pool construction. Don't hesitate. These good people will give you quality and something really unique.”
