They really listened to what we were looking for, gave us great ideas that we hadn’t thought of and made multiple visits to our house to check on the work being done. We were always kept aware of the schedule, any changes to it and what to expect next. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed and our satisfaction met. “This was our first time purchasing a new home and Hebert Homes was an amazing company to work with! After consultation with Nikki, we decided that we would build a new home. It was great to work with a professional who really took the time to understand my family and what we were looking for long term. I felt like we couldn't have gone wrong either way as their model homes were outstanding but we lucked out with our dream lot :) Nikki helped guide us through every step in the decision making process and ensured that we knew what was going on the whole time. They take pride in their work and you can tell in the final product. I have friends that have decided to go with other "large" building corporations and their experience hasn't been near the concierge experience my family had with Hebert Homes. They aren't building 300 homes a year so they have the time to help you and make you feel important. Hebert Homes provides a true costume home built with love. “Superior Finishes has done a few projects for my home, and I love every single one. He has a reputation for amazing interior finish work for a reason -- everything is precise and carefully crafted. He does phenomenal work and is very easy and responsive to work with. I also know many others who have utilized him who are all very happy with the work that has been done on their home and refer him to others. Highly recommend.”

“I contacted Ether in September 2022 after closing on a house that hadn't been updated since 1980. The list of necessary improvements was 3 pages long and ranged from small stuff (improving the soil grading along the foundation, interior painting, repairing tile flooring, switching out light fixtures) to big stuff (replacing siding, replacing all kitchen cabinets, installing an egress window) to the REALLY big stuff (tearing out and rebuilding an interior staircase, rebuilding the entire living room ceiling from a leak). Levell and his team got to work the first week of October and did an amazing job right from the start. Levell listened to my ideas and made them all happen. Plus the team did a few extra things here and there just because they saw they needed to be done. For example, there was some missing ceiling tiles in the laundry room, which was minor enough to me that I didn't put it on the list of projects to be done. But they patched up the ceiling so there are no more rafters and wires peeking through anymore! I will 100% hire Ether General Contracting again. The reason I hired them in the first place was their extremely reasonable pricing but I will continue to use them for the top-level value they provide.”

“Back in the year 2012 our bathroom was in desperate need of some work. I had 3 estimates done. The first 2 I didn't get a good feeling about, when Greg stepped into our house I knew he was the person I wanted to have do our bathroom. He was so down to earth, honest, professional all around great person!! We were having a wedding in June of that same year. I liked the fact Greg had so many ideas on what we could do things I never would have thought of. They started the job in May and had the job done in time for the wedding. My husband and I were both working at the time and I felt VERY, VERY safe having them here working during the day while we were at work. Building Renewal have done several jobs for us we have also referred him to other people who have been happy as well with the work they do!! We will NEVER have anyone else do the work as long as Building Renewal are in business. The bathroom turn out better than I could have imagined you want this company for your next anything!!!!”

“We engaged Backstrom Remodeling for the complete remodel of our first floor, which included: - new kitchen - taking down walls - removing popcorn ceiling - all new flooring - new trim - new windows - multiple design adds and changes We absolutely love the result and wouldn't change a thing. Even though we went WAY over our original budget, it was because my husband and I made additions and changes throughout the project and we are SO happy that we did. Bryan would say, "I'll do whatever you want!" and then give us the cost impact so we could make an informed decision as to whether to proceed. He is meticulous in his craftsmanship and makes sure it's done right. One of the best things is his communication--I work from home and I'm a freak of a planner, so it was important to me to know what work was scheduled for the next couple of days. It was also important to me that the guys he brought into my home were polite and professional, and that I felt safe with them there. Hands down a fantastic team. After hearing horror stories from friends and families about contractors gone bad, it was a relief to work with Bryan--he offers great ideas, is very knowledgeable, fair, works hard, and is fun to be around. We are already hoping to have Bryan do our Phase 2 (upstairs), Phase 3 (bathrooms), and Phase 4 (deck)!”
