“We hired Dave and his wife to do our remodel for us. The scope of work was to replace all the floors, install a new 200A panel, replace all existing aluminum wire with brand new electrical wire, remodel the kitchen, remodel a bathroom and partially remodel two other bathrooms. We also painted and decorated throughout. I met Dave through his wife who is an Interior Designer that I have worked with in the past on about 6-8 other projects. I knew her style and loved it and was hoping I would do the same with Dave. I also knew that my wife is a tough customer and both Dave and Lisa would have to have a lot of patience in explaining different options, timelines and expectations of the end result. I am also a contractor myself working in a similar industry (Home Automation) so Dave would have to deal with me as well. We moved forward with Dave and BCS constuction and couldn't be happier with the result. We have had several unsolicited compliments about how beautiful the inside of our home is now. Thanks guys!!!”

“I’m not one to leave reviews but I have to rave about my favorite part of the house, the kitchen!. I just had my baby last month and our kitchen needed a makeover before baby got here to make things easier for me. We hired Casas and Casas construction inc. and they did a beautiful job. We kept in communication, they answered all of our questions but what I really liked from them was that they finished within the time frame they told us they’d be done with the estimated budget we had talked about! This was done in late 2022 so it gave me plenty of time to get ready before the baby arrived and made things so much easier for me as a first time mom with the added pantry cabinets.”

“Fidelity Builders and Design did a complete remodeling project of our kitchen and two full bathrooms. The work included new cabinets, marble counter tops and raising the lower ceiling in kitchen by 2’, removed all the popcorn ceiling around the house, fix the necessary spots at the ceiling & paint, installing new tile floors in the living room, dining room and entry hall, installation of ceiling fan w/lights in all rooms including all the bedrooms and replace the fireplace/mantel. Repaint all the interior walls. The whole design was done by the designer of the company and she did a perfect job. After the work was completed and done, I can say that this was a top notch work that was done by professional people. The new cabinets are particularly excellent and they fit like a glove and added so much beauty to my kitchen. The job took few weeks longer than what Tal estimated at the time of reviewing and planning the work schedule, the delay made sense because of few problems that they found out after the demolition of the walls and due to a minor delay with the supply of the cabinets and marble top (which is normal and things happened during this type of big remodeling projects). Tal communications skills were excellent and even with my list for minor things that needed his attention & correction upon completion. Tal did fixed all the items without any problem and with a lot of professionalism.”
