Gio personally came to our home to give a quote and to inspect the work at completion. It looks great and Gio kept us in the loop every step of the way. “I hired Mola Builders to remodel my grandparents bathroom based on a referral. It was a complete renovation down to the studs to accommodate her ADA/special needs.. From selecting the Toto Neorest Toilet, custom cabinet, down to the beautiful limestone counter. Every need was meet including the handicap bars beside the toilet and in the beautiful tiled shower. Our need were meet for her, while keeping the design of the bathroom beautiful. We are so thrilled with the outcome. We can't express enough how clean the work site area was during the remodel. HIs crew made sure that when they left each day that it was a safe clean environment. Vince's expertise with his knowledge of the latest products and city codes keep the project moving along very smoothly. The tile work and the cabinetry from his crew exceeded any expectations on quality and design that I could have hoped for. I would certainly use him again for any upcoming project and have already recommended him to neighbors and friends.”

“Our extraordinary custom home, designed and reconstructed by October 5 Fine Home Builders is undeniably a work of art. October 5 offers superior design and execution, where form and function converge. Ryan, the project superintendent, attends to every detail with an eye for quality and perfection. Their open-floor plan design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, light abounds in every room, yet the space remains purposely private and intimate. Originally constructed in 1953, our home had not undergone any remodeling or updating. During construction, the house was all but demolished - leaving only the rough framing and portions of the exterior stucco and siding. Earthquake updates, 200 amp electrical service, beefed-up insulation, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, smooth drywall, wide-plank flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, and dual-glazed windows supported the bulk of the project, which lasted 4 ½ months. With clean contemporary lines, the modern floor plan, great for entertaining, offers a celebrated life-style. What a beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy life! “We hired Dave and his wife to do our remodel for us. The scope of work was to replace all the floors, install a new 200A panel, replace all existing aluminum wire with brand new electrical wire, remodel the kitchen, remodel a bathroom and partially remodel two other bathrooms. We also painted and decorated throughout. I met Dave through his wife who is an Interior Designer that I have worked with in the past on about 6-8 other projects. I knew her style and loved it and was hoping I would do the same with Dave. I also knew that my wife is a tough customer and both Dave and Lisa would have to have a lot of patience in explaining different options, timelines and expectations of the end result. I am also a contractor myself working in a similar industry (Home Automation) so Dave would have to deal with me as well. We moved forward with Dave and BCS constuction and couldn't be happier with the result. We have had several unsolicited compliments about how beautiful the inside of our home is now. Thanks guys!!!”

Genesis Pro Builders sat down with me and listened to all of the ideas I had for their room and managed to work almost all of it into the designs. When my parents saw the finished product, they were both speechless. It looked amazing. They laid new floors, painted the walls, and installed new countertops as well as cabinets and light fixtures. I really appreciate the work this company did and how special they made my parents’ anniversary.”
