“We hired Karma Home Designs to renovate our bathroom area, refinish hardwood floors, paint the entire house, and change the conventional hot water heater to a tankless electric water heater. Karma's crew did an excellent job converting an old one-unit tub shower to a frameless walk-in shower that now looks like a million dollars!! Also did a very nice job painting the entire home and refinishing hardwood floors that had deep cuts and numerous scratches. Our home feels more spacious and bright. Karma's managing partners are young, professional and have the knowledge to propel them to greater heights. They are personable, honest and worked well with us to make our vision a reality! Karma's strength is working within the budget. As in every renovation project, there were some delays and hiccups along the way but Karma worked diligently to address those issues. Will not hesitate to recommend Karma, and we would use them again!!!”

“After meeting Nicole, I realized that I’ve watched to much HGTV. It takes longer than an hour to put a large addition onto your 81 year old home. Nicole has a great sense of style. Nicole’s suggestions were on point and she was very patient explaining everything to my 80 year old mother. The project took longer than expected due to COVID but the end result was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend NGAGE Properties Group for any home improvement or design project. This is my second home requiring renovations. Her work and customer service is phenomenal; 2nd to none.”

I was particularly impressed with the spectacular plan they devised to install a dual zone central air unit into my 1930's Cape Cod style home. They were able add the units and duct work throughout the house with minimal effects on the existing layout. The house retains its original charm with the addition of year round comfort. “The One Source team led by Todd has been outstanding to work with, and I can't recommend them highly enough. My home was severely damaged via fire and the insurance process was arduous. Looking for a GC I trusted was another painful process. I needed a partner committed to helping me create a new home - not just a house - and rebuild to the quality level needed for me to feel confident and comfortable. Todd has been phenomenal, from start to (almost!) finish. The care he has taken in making sure I'm getting what I want is a mark of true professionalism and commitment to real service. And, while Mother Nature dealt some blows that slowed us down and added to the statement of work, OS has worked to get us back on track, plus dealt with extra insurance paperwork.
