“Spratt has performed several renovations for us (we have remodeled parts of our house as we were able to afford). Jobs included building new bathrooms, moving walls, installing walls indoor and outdoor, installation of flooring, roofing, and painting. The quality is superior. The staff (workers) were great - competent, friendly, arrived on time and on the scheduled days. Jobs were completed on time and on budget. I have recommended Spratt to several friends. Spratt also cleaned, repaired, and remodeled a condominium we purchased in the Woodlands.”

“Jeff assisted us in the renovation of our condominium. He coordinated the vendors that we used for new flooring and countertops. He also helped us purchase new stainless steel appliances. He was always available when we had questions. He also completed the projects in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly, and we really appreciate all his help.”

“Master Construction Alliance replaced my old master bathroom and 4 small closets with a handicap bathroom and a walk-in closet. The zero threshold shower works very well even though we chose to use a shower curtain rather than a glass door. Another bathroom was removed to enlarge the master bedroom. MCA knew exactly what was required to meet handicap standards. Everything was in writing before they started. The project manager kept things moving smoothly and informed me of each step. There was a good working relationship between the project manager and the subcontractors. All subcontractors were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. All building inspections were passed first time. The project was completed under budget. Working with the MCA team was so easy. I definitely plan to use MCA again.”

“They were responsive, helpful, on time, and provided a reasonable cost with high quality work. They would suggest ways to accompish the desired product at less cost or easier, faster construction. They suggested options that I hadn't considered and I chose some of them. I was completely satisfied at the end of the project.”
