“Innovation preformed a stellar remodel of my 1927 Craftsmen. From the foundation up. They replaced all of my plumbing with PEX, all of my knob and tube to romex and insulated my entire roof and walls. They resurfaced my floors and walls, and completely remodeled all of my bathrooms and my bedrooms. My wife was pregnant with our second child so they had to manage to finish the house in a timely manner, get all the permits approved, and have the house complete before she gave birth. They were vacuuming the last piece of dirt when we brought my daughter home to her brand new amazing home. Working with contractors is difficult, and usually a disaster when it comes to communication. I'd say that working with Innovation was the same. It was hard and when you are remodeling a home that old--- its hard to stay on the same page with your contractor. Dont get me wrong-- we had our issues throughout the process-- but the end result was something amazing, and the bill was well below what I would have expected to pay. If you want great work, quality work, for reasonable pricing-- these are the guys to hire. If you want someone to hold your hand and provide excellent communication and planning--- you're in for a headache---- but i promise it will be worth it. Thanks Andrew and Team!!!”

“I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote very quickly, he was the only individual we met with who followed up with us by telephone to discuss his quote. This discussion led to further clarity regarding our project and savings on the overall cost, putting us within our budget. Lance recommended a particular decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman who not only guided his team, but also checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. They kept the work area tidy and safely stowed their equipment at the end of their workday. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”

I wanted someone qualified and someone I could trust. In May I found LB Construction & Remodeling. Instantly I had a hunch they were the right company after my initial conversation with Liran. He presented me with a variety of options and details to get an idea of what I wanted. He brought samples for me to choose from and assured me, he would make any changes I deemed necessary. His rates were fair as well! His crew wore branded t-shirts and worked extremely hard! They were so polite and professional and completely out of the way! “We were in desperate need of having our bathrooms and kitchens remodeled and we are more then glad that we found Bay Quality Construction they did such a beautiful job! We couldn't be happier. The quality of work was A+ and I would recommend them to anyone that wants exceptional work at affordable pricing. I never had to worry about them. We went through everything I wanted and it all came out beautifully. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. One thing I loved is they cleaned up their work area every day when they were finished. You can't go wrong with this company. We also had the pleasure to work with Brenda and she was able to help us with any questions we had it didn’t matter what time or day it was! “Shawn Aya of Aya Homes built the home that we bought. He built this house with a lot of quality in it. The workmanship was very good. The house has lot of upgrades that he put in the house. Some of the upgrades are 8 foot high insulated ceiling in the garage, a passive radon system, three-quarter inch stained solid wood floor, tray ceilings in all bedrooms, under kitchen cabinets LED lights, wider stairs to the basement, decora light switches to name a few. We built the house finished. Most of the upgrades he built into the house, we did not add them. We do not know anything about the project dates, costs, and deadlines.”
