Bill and his team are very friendly and professional, they do excellent work and were very helpful in answering any questions or concerns that I had. “Anthony (AF Contractors) has completed a number of home projects for me, most recently putting 3 new roofs on my large home. His pricing is fair and reasonable, and he remains true to his estimates. The crew showed up on time and worked overtime (at night) to complete the roofing project when rain was forecasted. Anthony is onsite at the start, and also reviews the work to ensure it is done to his standards and that the work site is cleaned up. I can't say enough about Anthony and his work, and I've referred him to several friends who have also hired him. He's my "go to" contractor for all my home needs. Hire him and you won't be disappointed!”

“Ilya Remolding sent three workmen to convert our screen- in porch to a sunroom and spent about a week and half putting together Sheetrock, drywall and new window installation, hard wood flooring and getting inspection and approval from local county. They even secured the base of the sunroom by putting additional support. The guys weee punctual as we were told- same at 8 every day. Our sunroom came out bright and beautiful.The manager was very communicative and even bought materials for us. I thought they were more professional than other contractors. We will use them for other projects in the summer.”

“I had four roofing companies assess a roof leak problem and Fred with IPS was the only one that did not immediately recommend a roof replacement. Everyone else (Bachmans, Mitri, Home Genius) only recommended solution was to replace the entire roof. Fred found the problem was elsewhere on the property and as a result saved me thousands of dollars. I later used him for plumbing repairs and other issues on my rental properties as well and his work ethic and performance far exceeded my expectations. I will be using Fred with Integrated Property Solutions for everything going forward. I just wish I could get the last 10+ years back of wasting time and money with general handymen. It will cost more but it is so worth it to just work with a reputable company that has a public profile with tons of positive reviews. If you have rental properties your tenants will stay longer and therefore increase NOI over time.”
