The person who quoted me was very knowledage and I could tell had been doing this for a long time. I had been shopping around to get the best price and they were able to beat all of the other prices that I had gotten. Also, I was shown some of the other work that they have done and it was absolutely perfect! I attached one of the images from another location that they had sent me. In the end I didn't get this work done becuase my house loan had to be done differently and I wasn't able to inlcude the renovations in the loan. I am now saving up to get this done for my new house which I perchased last year.”

They were explicit and non-technical in their explanations of what occurred that day and what to expect for the next. They went so far as to coordinate moving the washer and dryer around some of the activities to ensure that the laundry could be done without having to go to a laundry mat. Bay Harbour's selection of subs for work was also amazing. Each of the subs held the level of respect for us and our ideas. Each sub was there when scheduled and completed the work mostly on time. In the few occasions that they ran over both Tom and sub gave us the heads up early with an explanation and a plan to stay on task. We will be using Bay Harbour Homes on our next project and strongly recommend that you do too.”
