“Tom came recommended to us by Renewal. After meeting with Tom and getting other estimates, we decided he was the one for the job. We were adding a screen porch and deck to our 1925 house and we felt Tom understood our vision. He dispelled any concerns we had due to our sloping yard and drainage problems.His crew graded and added drainage, removed a stone wall and built the porch into the slope in such a way that works very satisfactorily. I really had no idea what an improvement it would be.Tom was available by text or email or phone through out the whenever we had questions. He kept us up to date with the City of Atlanta permitting process and the inspection process.When the permits were recieved the work began almost immediately.The craftsmanship of his workers is of the highest quality and his crew were very diligent and showed good work ethic. Once the work got under way they were here every day.I can't say enough about how pleased we were to work with Tom on this project. We would recommend him to anyone looking to renovate. He is highly principled and the experience was a very good one.”

“I hired MACVEL to remove a multi flue chimney, close in the roof and reroof my house. The roof was very old and had multiple leaks that had been patched over a long period of time and there was a lot of damage. They did the job within the time they stated they would, and also within the quoted price. I also added a few items while they were working and they accommodated my request. The roof looks great, and the property was left as clean and neat around the house as it had been before the roofing began. I would hire them again!”

Al went beyond our expectations with small concerns we had even after several years. 4 years after the closing, we had HASK Renovations finish one room in the basement as an exercise room. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. This was the smoothest renovation we have ever experienced. Al is an expert in his field and he treats you house as if it is his own. He has very high standards, he can listen and he is always willing to give his advice.”

While all of my friends had nightmare stories to share about their renovation experiences, I had the complete opposite experience. Our project came in on budget and on schedule, with no drama!! Greg's subs are skilled and have a long working relationship with the company. The coordination of the sub scheduling was amazingly efficient. My bank that handled the construction loan was incredibly impressed by Greg & Carol's detailed bookkeeping and spot-on reporting to support all the construction loans draws. The end result was gorgeous and beyond what I could have imagined it to be. Greg was great at communicating his schedule with me, especially when it came to choosing my allowances. I recommend Penn Carpentry without hesitation for any-sized home renovation project.”
