“Hiring Wayne Christian to do our kitchen remodel was the absolute best decision we made in the entire project. We had to bury a 17 foot steel I-beam in the ceiling to hold up the 2nd story of our house in order to remove a wall that opened up our space. There were many obstacles in doing this, including routing of electrical, plumbing vents, and venting of our exhaust hood to the outside. Wayne always had a solution and discussed options with us. Despite the additional time involved to do some of this, he was extremely fair with change orders and we never felt "nickeled and dimed." He worked very well with other parties including the kitchen designer, the cabinet installer, and the granite fabricator/installer so that led to a minimum of problems during the job. He works alone (although sometimes with his son Andrew in the summer) so if you are looking for the fastest job, look elsewhere. But he was diligent in keeping our job moving forward with very few days that he had to go to another client/project. Wayne is a terrific person, very creative, very meticulous, and always conscious of minimizing the disruption on us. We feel he has become a friend, plus someone we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. All-in-all, it was the best experience we've ever had with a remodeling contractor. Highly recommended! He guided us through the entire process with ideas, advises and material selection. I liked his vision and we agree on the budget. Few days later the project started. “Silvio and his team are fantastic. We have worked with them on two project over the course of several years - they remolded our basement and most recently our kitchen. Silvio is exceptionally professional, timely, and fair. HE also has great aesthetic taste; he has made suggestions to improve our house that our architect hasn't even thought about. “Solid team that knows what they are doing. The team at Green Planet Remodeling helped me renovate 2 bathrooms - and remedied a lot of the shoddy work that was lurking behind the wall (thanks to my crappy builder for those surprises). Good guys that were efficient and professional through the whole experience. They even provided me with a 3D Design for both of the bathrooms that another company wanted to charge me for! The Keystone builders installed our new kitchen, doors, windows and even rain gutters plus repaired tiled flooring with minimal disruption and lots of care. The work was so meticulous I was able to delay the interior painting for another year and instead their awesome team painted the exterior of the house in half the time we planned. I look forward to working with them again!”
