“Gerald does an excellent job, very hard working, creative with ways to fix problems easily and less expensively, and overall does an excellent job. He's quite professional and returns call promptly, plus does the work he promises in the specified timeframe. He has done multiple projects for us over several years, including painting the house, redoing decayed wood on porch, mending a fence, and once came urgently on a Saturday for a ruined ceiling (water damage). His work is clean and nicely done.”

“EMD Builders was the best decision we’ve made for our home. Their quality, consultation and work is outstanding. Our upstairs was two bedroom, small bath and open landing. EMD was able to add a beautiful kids bath with full shiplap walls, a true master suite with custom walk in closet, custom built-ins, master bathroom with large walk-in shower and brand new hardwoods throughout the upstairs. The project grew and included new stair treads and iron balusters. They remodeled our entire upstairs and gave us years on the life of us in the house. They were meticulous throughout the remodel and were proactive about options and recommendations. They met the timeline for completion, were competitively priced and have incredible pride in the quality of their work.”

“Recommend by a friend who had a major remodel. We selected united Artisans to perform a high end remodel also. Work included 3 new bathrooms, total kitchen and bar makeover, new hardwood and tile flooring and doors throughout. Eric is a master craftsman and he and his workers take pride in their work and attention to detail. All work completed within budgets and schedules. “Sky's The Limit through its owner, Rick Johnson, has done several homeowner related projects for me over the past several years. The projects Sky's The Limit has done for my wife and I have ranged widely from repairs to and replacement of property fencing, installation of a new cellar bulkhead, resolution of plumbing issues and window shades to major projects. Among the latter were the remodeling of the upstairs master bathroom, a full kitchen remodeling except for existing cabinets, construction of a large outdoor deck off our family room, the design and construction of an extensive French drainage system around our house and the building of an outdoor slate patio. Most recently, the firm presided over the installation of a new standby electric power generating system for my house with excellent results. I have been fully satisfied with the quality, timeliness and pricing of Sky’s The Limit's work. I’ve found the firm to be consistently competitive in all three categories. I now use the firm essentially as a general contractor when I need homeowner assistance. Rick Johnson and the firm stand by their work and have always been available on short notice to handle emergencies as they may come up regardless of the size, expense or complexity of the issues involved. I can think of no instance where my wife and I were disappointed in a Sky’s the Limit project.”

“Paul is a handiman who has done a number of projects inside and outside my home for the past 5 years. He has installed floors, patios, repaired carpenter ant damage on my enclosed porch and built garden boxes just to give examples. I come up with the ideas and he creates them and even improves on them. Very trustworthy and honest.”

“I have used this company more than once.My 2 basement windows where boarded up and had something vented from them. water was getting In from the opening. They gutted the window and gave me more than one option, and I was totally pleased with the one I chosen. It was reframed and boarded on the inside then insulated and on the exterior composite board was used It will never crack or rot and It was sealed to finish. Stays dry now when It rains heavy outside.I couldn't be happier.”
