“Zack responded very quickly and got the job done very quickly. He installed an in-wall dog door which means he cut a hole in the wall of the house and inserted the door. He did a nice and neat job for a very reasonable price and we are very happy with his workmanship. The dogs are so so happy that they can live a free and independent life by going in and out at their leisure. Thank you Zack !!!”

“I was looking for a construction company for a room addition to my two-story residence. One of my coworker told me about Cultivate Construction and gave me their phone number. I am glad I called. Today I have one of the most beautiful house in the neighborhood. Starting with a room addition, I ended up not only with a new room with its bathroom, but also with a new roof and a total new painted house. Most of all the project was completed on time and within budget. None of this would be possible without the incredible management of Morgan Turek. I highly recommend her company for any home improvement project. Thank you Morgan for a job well done.”

“"As good as it gets!" I wish I were able to give more than just 5 stars rating to this company. I've come across construction companies in the past, but the experience I've had with Precision is unparalleled. They show utmost professionalism on each level of interaction, from customer service, to communication, to end result. I truly believe I've had the best home remodeling company working on my room addition project. We started with the architectural plans, that took approx 10 weeks to approve. Measurements, drafts, suggestions were accurate the first time, and after the plans were approved by the City, we moved on with the project. Each day of work, I was getting a full report on the progress and/or issues that we were having. During the entire project we were constantly living in the house, and first I was worried when the work began. I didn't exactly know what to expect, but Steve, our project manager, was here every day, overseeing the process, and giving us a heads up a day in advance as to what to expect. My extra 490 sq.ft. master bedroom with bath came out absolutely incredible. The whole project was very smooth (obviously there were some problems along the way, but Steve handled everything and resolved the issues fast). Over all the project took almost 6 months, including the plans. I will not consider any other company for my future home improvement projects, except Precision Home Design & Remodeling. The name of the company speaks for itself! Steve and the whole crew have not just my gratitude, but that of my whole family as well.”

“Mike did a whole house window replacement for us. He is knowledgeable, and was very responsive from beginning of the project to final finishing. I can tell he has been in this business for long time and has real hands on experience. It was a major project or us, so we had many questions, and we just asked him. I highly recommend him, as he really knows all aspects of general contacting work, from sales, permits, planning, and to actual installation. His price is very reasonable, and we are very satisfied with the end result.”

Brad Fox is well known for his quality work and personal interest in each and every job he undertakes. Both renovation projects required extensive customized work - electrical, plumbing, kitchen cabinetry, completely new bathrooms and kitchens, etc. The key word here are 'quality' and the results are absolutely beautiful. Brad can be trusted to deliver what he promises. I couldn't be more pleased.”

“San Diego Master Craftsmen did a complete kitchen and bath overhaul (including a wall removal) on my very difficult old house. The team was extremely skilled, professional and creative. Jon Hammer is very detailed designer and gave me great ideas to make the most of my space while maintaining the character of the home. He also saw to it that numerous other projects around the house were completed concurrently. Every little project was just as important as the major items and everything turned out gorgeous, within my budget! I highly recommend Jon and his team to anyone who wants perfection.”

On many occasions I've had the pleasure of spending time photographing projects built by SoCal Contractor. From a $14,000,000 in the Hollywood Hills home to many A-list celebrities, to a 3 acre Spanish Revival estate on world famous Laurel Canyon, to more modest loft style homes, to desert retreats, to beach front residences, SoCal Contractor nails it every time. The work is varied and unique, with attention to the smallest detail making the projects stand out among other high end spaces. Two of the projects I shot for SoCal Contractor made it to the covers of national magazines. I've also had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the homes and they have only wonderful things to say about the SoCal team and you can clearly see they are beaming with pride over their enviable homes. I personally know the owner of SoCal Contractor, Roy, and can tell you, he is a stand up guy who really enjoys what he does. “Woolsey Construction (Luke, brother Seth, and team including Israel & Alan), are the best contractors I've worked with in San Diego, on any project. And this one was big and complicated. They stayed exactly true to their bid (slightly under, in fact), they worked on their predicted timeline, their work was very high quality, and they were uniformly INTELLIGENT and knowledgeable. I collected three different bids and consulted with an engineer and another experienced contractor, and Woolsey was the only contractor whose diagnosis, plan for repair, aesthetic sensitivities, and price estimates seemed reasonable. A special shout out to Israel and Alan, who spent several weeks in our home. They were extremely friendly with our kid, always left the job site clean, and were just generally the kinds of people you want hanging around your house for 3-4 weeks. I've already recommended them to other people, and would do so again.”
