“My husband Andy and I had been looking at remodeling our kitchen for some time now. We had met with several Design Build Firms and just weren’t quite sold on any of them until we met the team at 1625 D/B. The project was quite involved and included new cabinets, new floors, moving our stove and sink, as well as removal of a load bearing wall. They were with us every step of the way. Any questions we had they had a correct answer for us. I would highly recommend 1625 D/B and will 100% use them for any future renovating we do.”

Edwin approached the project from an artistic point of view and was able to provide us with an image of what the house would look like upon completion which literally took all of the guess work out of the equation. Darrell came to our home the same day we called and got up on the roof to inspect. He notified us that the roof was in poor shape and would eventually need to be replaced. We asked him to buy us some more time, which he willingly accommodated - and did a wonderful patch job that same day. Years later, we sprung for a new roof and gutters. His team came out to our house, completed the job as scheduled and did a superb job! His team also fixed our crumbling chimney with beautiful new bricks.
