“Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it.
The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”

Sheri, Kelly & Jackie made it easy. Great service, tons of choices amazing price points. My project was just my downstairs rec room, feels like heaven under our feet ( Sheri great surrestion on the underlay) The turn around time was fast, was a blessing since this was my Christmas present. Now, on to the next project....... I will be using them again.
Looks wonderful,turned out so well, my neighbor ask for a quote, site measure & installed. They went a shade darker!! Again with great results. Bravo!

Our project involved every discipline in house renovations from footings and heated concrete floors to complete teardown of building interior up to and rebuilding; including finishing carpentry.

Even still, the renovation came in on time, on budget, and passed all inspections without an issue.
