“They always say that the best references come from word of mouth. I first heard ofTelion from my uncle who referenced him as one of the top painters in the DFW area. So long story short, we hired Telion for the painting portion of our phase 1 remodel. Needless to say they did an outstanding job. We were totally pleased. Which brings us to phase 2 of our remodel. To our surprise we found out Telion could do all of the remodeling/construction process. David has a lot of experience with commercial grade building. Which in turn, gives you a great quality on residential construction. For example, using a thicker lintel over a door or thicker rebar in pouring concrete. So we again hired Telion for the second time on a new master bedroom/closet/master bath/ and spare bedroom. We were even more impressed with their work. It took a little longer than we expected due to Covid and general issues. But in the end the work was phenomenal and David’s integrity was second to none! The question we always ask is would you hire them again and would you refer them to others? The answer to both is yes and yes.”

As a first time homeowner it was really nice having someone who I trusted helping with our house. They worked on our house a bit while we were out of town to speed up the project which was so accommodating for our schedule. We even asked if they could replace our baseboard trim on the whole first floor and they got it done in less than a day with barely any notice. “Steve MItts is the most reliable, hardworking, honest, and professional contractor that we have ever worked with. He stands behind his work. Offers advice, but works to support your vision of a project. We had him do a large project and then asked him back to do three smaller ones. He handled every part of the job: flooring, dry wall and paint, cabinet installation, shower tear out and remodel, tile work, door installation, and much more. He even hand crafted a mantel for our updated fireplace. When he needed to call in specialists for a couple of areas (electrical work, heating/AC) he had the connections to professional and knowledgeable services; people who met his same standards of work. While he was working on our remodel, our hot water heater started leaking, he didn't hesitate to help us quickly secure and replace the tank. He was consistently patient and steadfast when things were changed or added, and even when things did not go as planned (i.e. delays in parts or wrong materials, etc). Nothing phased his easygoing demeanor. Did I mention hardworking, reliable, and willing to work until the job was complete? Did a great job.”
