“I have worked with Marty through two large remodel/additions in older homes I have owned. The first was a bathroom and study addition in a 1920's house. The carriage house was in serious dis-repair and needed to be completely stripped down to the exterior walls and the garage floor re-poured. This required architectural and engineering design. It was his creative thinking that brought about this re-design when neither the engineer or the architect considered these options. Plans were redrawn and the project moved along according to schedule but at considerable savings to me. Marty is very professional but personable, approachable and clearly enjoys his work. He keeps close track of sub-contractors and is readily available on the job-site. If not present, he is easily reachable and responds both thoughtfully and promptly. He has the obvious respect of his professional colleagues, enabling him to consistently complete projects within deadlines and often before-hand. His estimates are consistently on-point with no hidden or un-disclosed costs. He is a pleasure to work with and I would choose to work with him again on subsequent projects.”
