“Two years ago I bought a condo in a building that was built in 1939. Not much had been done to the unit since then, and while it is beautiful space, I needed help. Patro Construction came highly recommended and I chose them to do the work. I have heard many rehab horror stories but I was so impressed with this company. Roman has highly qualified people working for him and they did an excellent job. I was concerned about money but the project came in on time, on budget, and the work was exemplary. There was no drama. I got a new kitchen, new wiring, repairs to walls and everything painted (2 coats of paint). The next year I hired Patro Construction to gut my 1939 bathroom and rebuild it. It came in on time, on budget, and it is beautiful. I would hire this company for any new or reconstructive work.”

“HP Construction has done 6 major projects on our house: remodeling/expanding a kitchen, remodeling 2 bathrooms, demolition of a carport and construction of a garage and entryway, demolition and reconstruction of an old and distinctive porch, removal/replacement of siding and 2 window replacements. We first used the company in 2002 for the kitchen and were so pleased that we have gone to them first for every subsequent job on our house. The house is over 100 years old and needs someone familiar with the challenges involved and a willingness to help preserve its original architectural features. This company has done an excellent job in both areas. They have always adhered well to the original estimate and done outstanding work with employees that are not only highly skilled, but also polite and respectful of what it means to be working in one's home. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any kind of project.”

Julio came over first & gave me a great overview regarding air quality options, then he came out to do a full diagnostic visit of our furnace & AC systems - he provided an extremely thorough & professional explanation of the status of my equipment in the house I recently bought and also explained my repair vs replace options/recommendations. I've dealt with other local HVAC companies and House Doctor Pros is leaps & bounds above them in terms of quality service. They have my full recommendation, support, and long-term business!”

“Remodeling two bathrooms in 22 year old home. Included; demolition of old showers, tubs, toilets, cabinets, mirrors, electrical and tile. Replaced old tub shower with new tile shower and shower base, shower doors, cabinet work, granite tops, ceramic tile, specialty exhaust fan and lighting in one bath. Replaced old whirlpool tub with new bubble jet tub, moved shower to different location, new cabinets, granite tops and granite tub surround, tile shower, shower doors, toilet and lights. This was a very detailed remodel requiring a lot of planning and staging. Howard Nagel Corp worked closely with us on the design and selection of materials and fixtures. Without their expertise and help, this job would have been too difficult for us to undertake. They stayed on their budget and the workmen were neat and careful and always came when they said they would. We are really pleased with the end result. Our bathrooms rival anything I've seen in home decor magazines.”
