But more than that they were respectful on the job site of my home and my neighbours. Jim of A.R.C. was my general contractor on the job, coordinating all aspects of the project with competence and precision. It's here that his years of experience are evident with everything from the perfect orchestration of material delivery and arrival of subcontracted trades to advising me on what materials I needed to select and when (windows, bathroom fixtures, tiles, flooring, etc).
