“Chris is an unbelievable craftsman. He built me a library loft, based on nothing more than a hand drawn picture I took while sitting in my living room. The final product was better than I expected and continues to impress me years later. I included two pictures, the first of the built-in entertainment center and the second of the library loft. He also kept in contact with me during the entire build process and always notified me if he experienced specialty material delays. Thank you, Chris.”

“I have used Graham's Construction on numerous projects at my home, including refacing my fireplace, a complete bathroom remodel, scraping my ceilings and the installation of new floors in my guest bedroom. John, the owner, also did a build-out at my office building, which turned out beautifully. Recently I hired Graham's Construction to do a kitchen remodel at my home changing out my tile to granite, installing a new stove and sink. John, as always, did a beautiful job. “We hired Dave and his wife to do our remodel for us. The scope of work was to replace all the floors, install a new 200A panel, replace all existing aluminum wire with brand new electrical wire, remodel the kitchen, remodel a bathroom and partially remodel two other bathrooms. We also painted and decorated throughout. I met Dave through his wife who is an Interior Designer that I have worked with in the past on about 6-8 other projects. I knew her style and loved it and was hoping I would do the same with Dave. I also knew that my wife is a tough customer and both Dave and Lisa would have to have a lot of patience in explaining different options, timelines and expectations of the end result. I am also a contractor myself working in a similar industry (Home Automation) so Dave would have to deal with me as well. We moved forward with Dave and BCS constuction and couldn't be happier with the result. We have had several unsolicited compliments about how beautiful the inside of our home is now. Thanks guys!!!”

“I called four contractors for a estimates on a new fully permitted bathroom on the second floor bonus room above the garage. Sergio responded in a timely manner. We setup an appointment for him to look at the space. The space is very small. His quote was very reasonable and one of the best out of the four contractors. Sergio and his crews arrives early as scheduled on Monday and proceeded to demo. They updated me at the end of the day everything they work on that day. Which was very helpful on the status of the construction. They work through Saturday and they even work on one Sunday to finish the job. The whole crew were a pleasure to work with at all time. I am so glad I contacted Sergio for this job. He is a pleasure to work. He explain to me what and why needed to be done. He also recommended to me where to purchase the bathroom tiles, vanity & faucet. He even installed my new garbage disposal at no cost. I am very happy with the new bathroom, it look fantastic. The workman craft was excellent and beyond my expectation. I definitely will work with Sergio and his teams again in the future. I would totally recommend working with this company again.”

“Wow! What a crazy ride!! Thank you Rudy and all of your crew. You all did an excellent job on our addition\ re-build. With my Mothers blessing, my husband and I decided to overhaul and nearly rebuild my childhood home. My mom had been in her home for 56 years with the last 3 years being alone. The decision was made to reside together, so rather than move mom out to live in our home, we moved in to her home and with the help of Arlington Const., we all reside happily together. We interviewed about 6 contractors. Rudy sailed to the top of the list. He runs his crew with leadership and is well respected by all of them. They all take pride in their work, work VERY hard ,and the job stays clean and orderly. Rudy does not manage his crew from a far, He was at the job daily and often several times each day. The Men are all friendly, kind and took to calling my mom Grandma ( which she loved. ) We gutted the house and started pretty much from scratch. Our addition was approx. 700 Sq. Ft. Total Sq. Ft being approx. 1,900 Sq. Ft. upon completion. Three bedrooms, three baths and a lovely open floor plan. You can not see where the addition begins or ends. It looks amazing.Thank you for referring us to your architect Leo who was reasonable and very helpful. Rudy, we appreciate your integrity, honesty , knowledge, and your love of doing what you do. Thank you gentlemen to all of you that had a part in building our lovely home. God Bless you.”
