They have remodeled a bathroom, rebuilt two exterior staircases, repaired a slab leak, built a laundry room, replaced a spiral staircase with a straight drop one and remodeled the room into which it descended and, most important of all, identified and corrected a major building error made by a previous owner which surfaced during the torrential rains of January 2005. In all instances, their work was over and above anything we might have hoped for. “We hired EPC to remodel two bathrooms and the entryway to our house in Ventura. Gary and Jesse were upbeat and nice to work with. Their skilled staff were all courteous, reliable, efficient, and non-smokers. They were perfectionists and took pride in their work. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the price we paid. Our only minor complaint is that the staff were spread pretty thin across EPC jobs, with our project taking nearly 4 months to complete (longer than projected).”

“I cannot say enough good things about Brian Lynch and his company, Lynch Construction. He is exactly what one wants in a contractor (or anyone else one hires, for that matter). He is smart, totally professional, has an amazing can-do attitude, a wealth of experience, and a top-notch crew that has worked for him for years. Unlike most other construction companies, Brian himself is the guy on-site. This means that you are dealing with Brian himself on a daily basis and not a supervisor that was assigned to your job. The value of this was emphasized by his past clients when I first contacted them as references, and I now know how right they were. What this means is that what you want done can be done immediately without going through dreaded formal "change orders." Brian has great people skills, and always seems to solve problems on his own without having to worry you, the client. One prior client, whom I had spoken with, told me about an incident that had happened with one of the subs; Brian told her that "he'd take care of it." The problem was immediately rectified and she never heard a word about it. Now that I am a client, and in the middle of a major and significant remodel with Brian, I can vouch that that is how he works. The bottom line is that I would hire him again in a heartbeat.”
