“A friend recommended Dreamwork Home Improvements in 2011, and I have not used any other company since and here are some reasons why: * Responds quickly by phone or email. * Is always on time *After reviewing the job, a proposal for the costs is received either later the same day, or by the next day by phone or email; and a written proposal is handed to me when they walk in my house, outlining the work to be done and the costs so there are no mistakes or surprises. *Is very pleasant and will chat a bit, but does not stop working to stand and talk, and talk. * The workmanship is outstanding and they take pride in what they do. *When the work is completed at the end of the day, the work area is straightened and trash is removed. * When the job is completed, Dave walks through everything with me and makes sure I know what was done, why, the results, and how to care for products or applications,. He does not leave until I am completely satisfied. *In this review the question of approximate project date is asked. It required some significant D&E and juggling several different teams. Anthony was on the job and available 24/7, keeping us up to date via text, emails and phone calls.
